Our Security Guards are often the first person that visitors see when entering client’s premises and that their image and professionalism, reflects on the client’s business. We are committed to strengthening our core foundations by employing the most experienced, reliable and dedicated security personnel. All our Security Guards are required to hold current security PSA licenses and undergo stringent screening and training requirements. Details of expiration dates of licences, clearances, site inductions and other applicable qualifications are entered into our rostering system, which does not allow for a Security Guard who does not have the correct and current licences, clearances and site-specific qualifications to be rostered to a shift.

- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms or first aid request, maintaining order and assisting staff/ guests to follow proper procedures to ensure safety
- Answer the telephone and assist with queries where possible
- Signing in of guests/ staff and contractors
